Welcome to Eye-verse Lifestyle Private Limited. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website eye-verse.com (“Site”), as well as the purchase and use of our products and services. By accessing or using our Site or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

1. General Terms
1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site or purchase our products. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

1.2 Account Registration: To purchase products from our Site, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.

2. Products and Orders
2.1 Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

2.2 Pricing: All prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes, packing, and delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2.3 Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

2.4 Payment: Payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified on our Site.

2.5 Shipping: Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

3. Returns and Refunds
3.1 Return Policy for Standard Products: We accept returns of standard products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please do not accept products if the packaging is open. If you receive a damaged product, inform us within 2 days after delivery and Refund 07 Days to Credit to Your Bank Account.

3.2 No Return for Customized Products: Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3.3 Processing Returns: We will take 05 to 07 days to process the return once we receive the product.

3.4 Exchange or Return Charges: A fee of INR 150 will be charged for exchanges or returns. This fee covers transportation costs only and is charged on a cost-to-cost basis.

3.5 Refunds: Refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned products.

4. Use of the Site
4.1 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Site for personal and non-commercial purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Latur, Maharashtra, India, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Site or products.
